Its shares are being traded in the stock exchange Mumbai and National Stock Exchange. The company is declaring the dividends for over so many years continuously thus creating wealth for its stakeholders. As of today it is more than 25 years old having so many successes to its credit.



Present State of Affairs

Kothari Group, as of today is more than three decades old set-up having so many successes to its credit in the field of innovative marketing, superior product design, quality, availability, pricing and publicity. It has a good demand base in other countries as well and exporting its products to many countries. It has also diversified its activities in the related fields of FMCG and recently in the field of real estate development, Education and manufacturing of precision parts & components of oil exploration, aviation and wind energy industries through its associate companies.

It has created a niche in the market through its products. Kothari Group is among the leaders in the organized sector in Pan Masala Industry.



Demerger

Kothari Group registered a sustained growth for nearly 35 years and in this journey the group grew to manifolds , to ensure proper governance and efficient Management of such a large set-up and looking to the synergies and segments, re-organization of its activities was imminent. Stake Holders thought it prudent to hive-off the activities of manufacturing of Pan Masala, Beverages Divisions into a separate legal entity in the name of “Pan Parag India Limited”. The restructuring was completed in the month of Nov. 2008.



Growth

Consequent upon the demerger, KPL has focused on seizing the business opportunities in the most buoyant and vibrant sectors of the economy such as Real Estate, Investments and International Trading of Exports & Imports. The core concentration of Kothari Products Ltd., is now on the business of Real Estate, Investments and International Trade of Export & Imports.
